I never really leave reviews but I felt the need to warn people of this place. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever... had. First we had to wait probably 10 minutes to order (when there was only one car in front of us) then another 10-15 min toget our food. While sitting in the drive thru the cashier was drinking out of an open cup, which was sitting out on the counter.Once we received our drinks and tried them, they did not taste normal. Once we got our food, we were missing one of our fries,to which they handed us another bag containing an order of fries and onion rings (which we didn't order). We had ordered a plaindouble bacon cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, and 2 fries. We received 2 single burgers one with ketchup and the other withmayonnaise, 2 orders of fries and an order of onion rings. We didn't want to complain and wanted to be on our way since we had along drive ahead of us so we ate our food, and went inside to use the restroom. The restrooms were dirty, both men's andwomen's. The women's sink barely drained and my husband said the men's sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were atleast 2 customers that were complaining/returning their food on the inside. Also all of the doors were propped open becausetheir vent hoods were broken, so the whole store was smoky on the inside. Read more
Seems a little dingy. Slow service. Not really a fan
The play area is really needing cleaned. All the tables are dirty and there is food scattered on the floor. I had to take a fry... from my 2 year old granddaughter as she was trying to eat it. The high chair is very dirty also. Cleanliness is the only concernwe had this visit. Read more
June 7,2022 went to bk drive thru and the nicest Miss.Regina was the one taking our order. And my friend that was with me... couldn't decide what she wanted anyways long story short Miss.Regina had patience with us and never got ugly with us. I thinkshe's the best great sweet voice and smile I just thought this should be known she was AWESOME. Thank you. Need more people likeher in this world. Read more

Nasty roaches on floor and in inside garbage cans. Floors been nasty over a week. Food was cold and chicken sanwich was burnt... beyond reconition. One employee wore her nite nite pjs to work. Read more
