I placed a order for delivery, it took them 2 hours to deliver my food, it was cold and fries really soggy! When I called to... place a complaint, I was told, "well I'm sure your food is cold now, cause my drivers been back and left with another order; soyou have had your food at least 30 minutes, and you live downtown, we are on Southside!" Regardless that shouldn't have evenbeen said....it was unprofessional....and in Customer service, whether the customer is or isn't right, they're treated as ifthey're always right! Read more
