5 starts for effort and keeping the dining room open so I can sit down and enjoy my warm meal. It was rush hour at supper time.... It appeared they had a lot of new employees and the kitchen was noisy and busy as hell. I understand as a former retail managerso I can be patient, others will not agree but I didn't hear anyone explode as we all waited for our meals inside and the drivethrough never stopped. Thank you for all coming to work and doing your best getting all those orders fulfilled. To the leadersin the back great job, I heard your words of encouragement as you directed that team through that difficult time. They will be awell oiled machine in no time under your leadership. The food was okay given the circumstances. The peppermint frosty needswork, and tastes more like strawberry than peppermint. I'll be back to try it again because that's the reason I came in anyways. The bad--- if your going to keep the restrooms locked up make the key more accessible, waiting 4 minutes for someone to comeunlock the door is really not acceptable folks. Read more

I don't know why I keep coming here. Literally every single time I try the drive thru, it takes upwards of 30 minutes. I'm... currently sitting in the line, 10 cars ahead, and it hasn't moved. It's well understood by pretty much anyone around here thatevery Wendy's in town is this way. No idea why the owners haven't done anything about this, yet. You'd think they'd want to stopbleeding profit. Read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Boxed in and couldn't drive off. Made me wait 5 minutes to even order at the microphone. 3 girls... in the window checking their phones. Then they get my food and put it all in the bag and then leave it there and walk off to getcup lids. There were already cup lids in the holder. 30 minute wait and they want to stock extra. I don't care if your shortstaffed! You need to hustle 100% at work not play on your phone at the window. Help the cook, run the order out, move! Terriblewaste of time and money Read more

You?re gonna end up waiting in line for 30 minutes, and at the order menu for at least ten without anyone saying what?s going... on. Great if you want the worlds most uncomfortable experience. Personally I did not wait to actually order food bc fortyminutes for a frosty is NOT worth it. ): Read more

Hi Leo, on the east side of town I have tried four times to receive service at the Wendy?s on his tutor up to this point I have... not received an order. And I?ll tell you why each time that I have visited this location. It was some excuse. Machine broke downran out of it. It is hard to give someone a good review and each time your visit was a negative. My suggestion is changemanagement. For one thing the manager should be there at least before opening and at the end of the day for closing do youunderstand what is going on and make suggestions or recommendations if this is a corporate server that you guys are using itenough to boot up the next morning in case corporate office is tied to this server pushing some new information out that?s partof a manager that?s all I Gotta say Read more

I normally love Wendy's - a notch above other fast food places. But this place, on Tudor... I should have been clued in when, at... a little after 8 at night, there's a long line at the drive-thru. But, it seems to move, more or less. I sit at the order boxand it takes yelling into it several times before someone finally answers. Place the order, move on up - then apparently the carin front of me has an issue w/ its food, and is haggling w/ the staff. After a good 5-10 minutes, they finally leave, so I canpull up to the window. Nobody is there. One lady comes into view, mills around, grabs a drink and food, then walks away (maybeshe was on break?). I waited a good 2-3 minutes at least for someone - anyone - to come to the window. I finally just left, having wasted a good 20+ minutes of my life. I went down the street to McDonald's. No wait, no line, and I was through thedrive-thru with my food in less than 5 minutes. Wendy's has no excuse. I don't know what's going on, but either they need to fixit, or close. Read more

They say they?re short staffed but you can see at least 4 people standing around with their hands in their pockets. It?s not... short staffed it?s laziness. I worked at Taco Bell, on nights with only 3 workers and averaged times of no more than 6 minutesper car ON HUGE ORDERS. Been sitting in a line for over 30 minutes and haven?t moved an inch in 12 of those. The only person Ican compliment was Cody at the window. Keep doin what you?re doing man! You deserve a raise Read more

I've been to this Wendy's numerous times and have yet to have an experience that would be deemed worthy of anything above 3... stars. The employees are relatively friendly but wait time is way too long at all times of day even when no one else is in line. They are consistently "out of chili" (which is the biggest reason to choose Wendy's over other fast food), and the salads aretoo expensive (not sure they can control that but it's the only other reason to choose Wendy's over another fast food place).Because they never have chili, the wait is too long, and the salads are too expensive, there is no reason to go here.Definitely choose another restaurant.
