Absolutely, horrible! There is always an issue every time you go to the Wendy. Either they’re out of everything! Or you Wait... for 20 minutes at the drive-through then to tell you they are only accepting cash. You would think that someone there would havesome common sense and put up a sign when their drive-through line is literally out of the parking lot and into the street.! Read more
Sat in drive thru line 30 min with only 3 vehicles ahead just to get to order. We have food allergies and normally pay around... $1.20 for a single grilled chicken breast. They said they had to charge for the whole sandwich and when we told them we get itfor $1.20 at all the other locations, including just 3 weeks ago and they told us no, asked for a manager and he said no, askedwhy if we’ve been able to get it done at others and he said “recent changes”. So going to be charged $7 ish for a singlegrilled chicken breast. Do not recommend. Read more
The food is exactly what you would expect from Wendy's. I enjoy their food. This location, however, is the slowest Wendy's I... have experienced. I still go here often as it is close to work, but I have to take a really long lunch to make time for the 30minutes wait in line. Read more
Food is pretty fair here, the wait varies overall in and outside from just a few minutes to 30min + it's all a gamble. Never had... much of a problem with my orders except small things. They tend to run out of ingredients though, so check your orders contents,you might not get everything you ordered on your burger. Read more
I don't what the reason, but we waited in line 20 minutes and moved up one car. Never ended up getting the food. Idk if its the... labor shortage or what but this food is anything but fast. Hire more people or do whatever you have to do to get service faster. Read more

I love Wendy's but this one Never makes the order right. Lobby is closed randomly. No consistent system for fixing food if you... aren't coming in the same hour to replace it. "Different managers put their list in different places." Food is good when maderight but doesn't make up for the 30 minute wait time or lack of customer service. Read more
