Middle of the road on this visit. Customer service was great. The guy at the counter who took my order was amazing. The food... though... ugh! I've eaten at this location a few times before and it's always been great. Today was the exception. There was wayto much beef for a regular bowl and hardly any veggies at all. Delicious and fresh! The amount of meat, veggies and rice were just perfect. We were afraid that there would be a lot of rice,... surprising enough it was the right amount. I only gave it a 4Star due to the fact that the employees were so busy that walk-inswere nearly not as accompanied with service. Love me some Top Bop! My go-to for a quick meal. I always order the meatball bop with sauce 3+4 and extra dumplings. The last... time I was there, I picked up my 2-go order and left, when I returned to work they forgot my dumplings, gave them a call andthey gave me an extra dumplings at no cost. Read more
