So glad that I stopped at this adorable spot after a terrible experience at Dami. The place was packed, but I was promptly... greeted and sat. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! I especially loved the oysters, salmon sashimi and green teamochi. The meal came with miso soup, which was delicious! Great customer service and delicious food. My only critique was on the sushi roll selection. All of the raw rolls had a spicy... tuna base (not sure about the cooked rolls because I wanted raw and didn?t look too hard at that part of the menu). There wasone that had a spicy yellowfin base but that?s it. I?m ok with spicy tuna but it?s not my favorite so I had a hard timechoosing. Some variety would be appreciated. The roll I ended up settling on based off the waitress recommendation did indeedhave a spicy tuna base and it was still tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to satisfy those sushi cravings and I would goback to try other items on their menu. Read more

On my way to Seward around dinner time, I stopped at this Japanese Restaurant, it turned out the food was very good. I ordered a... house Sushi Rolls and a Tempura Udon. Excellent sushi prepared with care and a high level of attention to detail. Everything was presented beautifully on our sushi... yacht and tasted great ? with unique twists to increase flavor and variety. The interior is gorgeous and the service wasenthusiastic. Highly recommended! Read more

Our party was looking for a good sushi place that wasn't overpriced. We've been to a few in Anchorage but had never tried Sushi... Ya. I'm so glad we gave them a shot. Our waitress was new because she was being instructed by another veteran waitress. Eventhough she was new she did an excellent job! All our food was correct and it was all delivered quickly. The quality of the sushiand sashimi was very high but not overly expensive. The atmosphere was also excellent. I'm glad we had an opportunity to come tothis establishment and can't wait to return. Had a wonderful time with the wife. The setting is beautiful and they have blinds that give you some privacy in the... booths. This place is busy quite often which surely tells you it is going to be a great spot to dine! The sushi is fantasticand they have Ana maxing wine and sake selection.
