We ordered online for pick up. It was easy peasy, and our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. We were happy we'd ordered... online because they were really busy when we got to the restaurant. Our food tasted fresh, and was very yummy. Read more

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude employees who acted bothered that I was even... in their store in the first place. Ordered sandwich platters the day before, which are quite spendy at $123, and received oneslice of meat and one slice of cheese per sandwich. This led to my students having to combine 3-4 sandwiches to make one ediblesandwich. For over $100, you should at least get edible sandwiches and not just bread. I will not use this location in thefuture. Read more

The guys did a great job with our sandwiches. The previous two customers really trashed the place on them, not sure if one of... the guys was mentally ill or what but he dropped his soda all over the floor and table in one corner and then proceeded to trashthe bathroom. The poor staff had to clean up the mess. They should definitely be rewarded for going above and beyond. Read more

I walked in at 7:27 I was even watched by a boy employee. He then walked to the back and I didn?t get helped for 5 minutes. I... even yelled multiple times asking for someone to help me out here. When someone finally came out I told her what happened andall she had to say was oh. You guys really need to train your employees on customer service and to not have their music playingso loud in the back they can?t hear anybody calling them. Read more

Great service on most days, but today they went above and beyond. I did an online order for a few platters in the morning for... that afternoon only to find when I got there it accidently scheduled for the next day. Hated to ask, but asked the manager ifthey could make it for me and she got right on it. They were done super fast and made it happen! So greatful as this wasactually a donation for a local charity, so thank you to the manager and her team for helping us in a tight spot!! Read more
