I sometimes go to this one since it?s near my house, I went in today and I see that they just finished with a rush so I wait... until the lady is ready to take my order. The lady then goes ?FIRST?? So I tell her my sandwich and she proceeds to say ?can youtell me what you want so I can do this online order? never have I ever felt so rushed in my life, I know my order by heart andhave never had this problem. After it?s toasted a second lady asks me what veg I want. I say just lettuce and cucumbers, andthen asks about sauce, I ask for mayo and sweet onion. She seemed new because she didn?t know what she was looking for, she asksthe first lady if there?s sweet onion and the first lady didn?t even bother to help, she says somewhere over there. The secondlady then says ?sweet onion teriyaki?? And I looked confused because I always order with mayo and sweet onion, so I say ?Inormally order with sweet onion and mayo? and she says ?oh no we don?t have that? and just stared into my eyes, so I say ?that?sfine then we can just get that? the whole entire time it?s silent and she just glares at me. To be honest this guy named Pete works at this location and he will make you feel terrible for whatever sandwich you create. If... Pete isn't there, then this location is awesome. Always clean and staff is usually very friendly (again. Except Pete. I cannotstress this enough). Read more
No masks worn, horrible service, took out veggies we wanted after they wrapped our sandwiches, swore at my daughter when she did... not understand the payment system. Not happy at all. You can tell one guy was just new but the other guy was very rude. Read more

It's my fault for going so late, but one of the sandwich artists, Aaron, had a huge chip on his shoulder about people walking in... at 8:30-8:50. He didn't make the sandwiches the way I wanted because they didn't want to open a fresh pan of tomatoes orlettuce. And I'm pretty sure the wrap I ate was going bad. The date on the package said dispose by the 23rd. That's three daysbefore I got my sandwich. Other than that, place is clean, the workers wear their masks, and the meat is tasty. Read more
Worst subway ever. Go in to make a quick pick up as subway is pretty quick. I stand in line for almost 5 min! Only 1 person... ahead of me and one person behind me. Finally another worker comes to serve me. No wheat bread! Moves so slow then pours about 3tablespoons of salt on my sandwich. Meanwhile the lady behind me is getting served and leaves with her order before I even getto the register! 5 workers are in the store! 2 were just standing around doing nothing! Unbelieveable!! Who trains these people?Ruined my lunch! Never go back there again! Poor poor poor service. Slow, uncaring, unattentive and laxidaisy attitude! Notimpressed. Store is always clean when i go in there, staff is fast and friendly, not too many times where i had to wait a long time in line... so thats always a plus, food always comes out tasty and fresh, cant really ask for too much more nowadays. Read more
