Would?ve given zero rating if it was possible. An employee with a cap and beard walked in while we were waiting in line. Didn?t... wash his hands. Just put on gloves and asked in a low voice what I?ve got to order. No greeting. Told him spicy Italian. My wifeordered right after me. He asked less than a minute later what I wanted. Told him again. He spoke in a low voice. It seemedapparent he didn?t want to be there. There was one other person in my party but she left to order from another food place. Shelater told me she didn?t like his attitude from the beginning and he didn?t wash his hands. He asked what we wanted on oursandwiches. My wife went first and became upset. He squeezed out too much mustard and roughly handled the add ons. My wife saidsomething loudly to him. As he wrapped the sandwiches he kept mouthing something under his breath. There at my turn he asked ifI was going to give him attitude. Then he proceeded to roughly handle my sandwich and almost literally smashed it into itswrapping. That?s when I told my wife and one other person that we?re leaving and we left. Never coming back here again! Read more
They opened at 11am nothing was ready. They were out of stuff for the new sandwiches that are advertised. They didn't have the... stuff for a Italian bmt. On Sunday May 22,2022 my family was at 322 Boniface Pkwy, Anchorage, AK Subway. With in hours we got sick and we both got the... same sandwich. I called the store right away and asked for the talked manager. The manager was not there. Then i called backagain 1 week later to talk to the manager. The manger never called me back. When I go here I order the same thing which is toasted Tuna on white with dill pickles and mayo. If you like tuna this is the... place to go. The employees are rude sometimes just depends whose working. Go early before lunch and you'll get fresher food. Read more

My husband brought home meatball subs which is usually delicious .I'm pregnant and was really looking forward to it. My... meatballs are super old. Their very dry, discolored and ruined my sub. No reason why fresh ones weren't available regardless ofthe time (1 1/2 hrs prior to closing). The employee I give 5 stars . Just that 1 thing have it a 2 star review. Read more
