Picked up a bella mozza on my way out to Wasilla last Sunday at the Northway Mall location. The 2 girls that were working were... nice and polite and I loved the sandwich. Bad service, they got my order wrong. Have to yell for order

I don?t normally leave reviews. But this is the 3rd time I?ve gone into this particular subway on my way to work and have been... furious with the service. I walk in, two teenage to early twenties kids that work there... are bumping their music so loud, itwas ear piercing. (I own a recording studio, I have nothing against music) but they had a blue tooth speaker behind the counter(which has to be against policy) and refused to turn it down while I was trying to order so I had to literally scream my orderat them. Then, after ordering and paying for a large drink, I noticed there weren?t any lids for the large size. So, I walkedback up to the counter and asked for a large drink lid, and they just stared at me and said ?nahh we out bro? and then went backto what they were doing. So I couldn?t take my drink with me... you?d think they?d tell people they?re out of large lids??Anyhow, I decided to eat there. Trying to eat peacefully while their music was blaring so loud.. it?s just the most obnoxiousexperience I?ve had. The manager of this store must be allowing this type of behavior because every-time I go in, I?m alwaysangry about the way I?m treated and the lack of caring these employees show. I ordered my sandwich which was fine until the subway worker proceed to squeeze way to much chipotle sauce on it. I thought I'll... just wipe off what I didn't want but on the the short ride home the entire sandwich was soaked in it. I couldn't even tell whatkind of sandwich I ordered. Plus my drink had no syrup in it. The worst!!!. I've had similar issues there in the the past eachtime I say I'll never go back there. I mean it this time!!..Needless to say I went hungry last night. I try not to leave reviews too often, but I'm with the one star reviews below. These gen Z kids are terrible with customer... service. Oblivious and rude. There were 5 or 6 of them there working, no other customers, and the one who was making my sandwichwas rushing me while talking to the other employees. Normally am frustrated with them in general every time I go there, and theydon't make their sandwiches very well either. Read more
