I was there around 2:48 pm on 09-06-2020. I am so disappointed with this subway now. I have been going for about months. The... service is terrible now. A new guy was asking for help making my supreme meats sandwich. It wad a foot long on flat bread. Theblack lady there was not nice or willing to help. I had to tell him where to bead wad and how to make my sandwich. We didn'teven out the right amount of meat. But he eas new and stressed do I let it pass. As he was making my sandwich that same ladysaid this other sustimer had been waiting awhile and she needs to quickly make that order (even though I was there in line 1st).He made my sandwich while she worked on that other order. He then set my sandwich aside for someone to ring me up. The otherlady called for help up front and a nother lady (Mexican I think) came to help. Both of them began working on that other orderand I asked if someone could ring up my order. I was told I needed to wait. I couldn't belive this. But I waited and wad stillignored and that other customers order took priority over mine. Thus should neve trapped and I will never go back. It's close tomy job and thr only thing besides Mc Donald's. So it sucks the service is so bad and it has gone so far down hill. Its locallyowned too. So I hope thr owners do some training or something to get this place the way it use to be... so if you go there, bewarned. We should support locally owned, but with service like this, how can we?? The drive thru window attendant never smiled, never said hello, didn't respond to my hello, and never said one word other... than "$10.58". That's it. Not one other word. No smile. No greeting. Nothing. These are the same people who thinkplaces like Subway should pay them $20 per hour because they are entitled to it. Read more
