The person attending the register had her back to the door while she and her co-workers were talking. After another employee... said "We'll be right with you," she continued on with her conversation. This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Staff is awesome, so friendly everytime. Pretty sure half the staff is LGBTQ+, so I feel... more at home, but gay or not they are the friendliest bunch in town, Upu is so sweet, calls me Mr. Jeff and hS a hug anytimesomeone needs. The cute red head girl is so kind and courteous over the intercom, one of the few places that I get a welcome toSB even when they are moderately busy. This store needs additional supervision and training. It is not what I expect from the Starbucks brand. Walk into this empty... store and expect to wait 5 minutes for a simple, black, cup of coffee. Very frustrating. I am a business traveler who stays in anearby hotel, and I feel like a second hand citizen every time I come here. My time is not valued here whatsoever. The lack of teamwork is the issue in this store. The employees don?t talk to each other, and appear to dislike each other. There... is no communication between them. The employees that appear to have been there a while are clearly burnt-out and mean to thenewer employees. Read more
Something appeared wrong. The wait time was excessive. The photo shows my drink and the person behind me drinks sitting... unattended. I had to ask the person who was preparing the drinks to pass mine to me. The slow speed was present when I firstdrove up. Next time I'll try going inside instead. I stopped going to this location because they think "light ice" means ice half way up the cup, and when I brought this to their... attention, there was no offer to remake my drink. I am much happier with the baristas at the Benson & Minnesota and 100th Avenuelocations. Read more
The atmosphere inside of this location is nice enough. I was really disappointed with my Dragon fruit Tea, I liked the pieces of... the fruit but the flavor was not there. I bought a 6 pack of reusable coffee cups in cool colors with lids and I love those! Read more
