My mom and I just watched a female employee (name started with an M I think) put a stir stick in her mouth while making a drink,... then insert the same stir stick into the drink she was making. Went through the drive through and they gave me a black coffee instead of my order. I feel like the company stole from me... because I paid way more then what a black coffee costs. Returning to the store with 3 kids was not an option and should not beto get the correct order. High disappointment. Orders at this store have been going down hill and this is the final point. Usually all my experiences are great, but this one time was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered my... drink, and recieved no ice in my drink and it was only half way filled up. I went in, showed her the app said iced, and sheargued and said it still didn't say ice. But she did remake it, and still didn't properly make it and it still wasn't filled uplike usual. I get the same order every time and never had any issues before. Very dissapointed. Read more
My favorite of all coffee shops. Always good drinks & food / treats. Nice seating inside, few tables outside. Amazing barristas-... all of them, haven't got bad service ever. Always friendly and helpful. Drinks are always on point or they will remake them.Love this place and 100% recommend. Read more
