How do you have a fast food restaurant and not have walk-in service. The drive up has had lines out of the parking lot for... months. The lobby is closed, they forgot 1/3 of the order, so we had to wait through the slow drive through to get help. The bottom of... the foam cup after a few minutes busted and spilled in the cup holder. The food was poor quality and service was not greateither. Not going back. Read more
Huge improvement from our previous visit. The ordering process took longer than what is expected (probably because their small... staff) but our order was accurate and the quality of the food was good. Terrible from the start, the were out of 90% of the things I wanted to order, including pickles. How does a burger place run out... of pickles?! Took 40 minutes to get our food with 4 cars in front of us. When we got to the window there were several employeesjust standing around, laughing, and chatting with each other while the drive through line got more and more backed up. The guyat the window could barely speak or stand up straight and his eyes were glazed over, he looked and sounded like he was on theverge of ODing. One employee was mopping the store 2 hours prior to closing instead of helping his co-workers fill orders. Ontop of all this my chicken tenders were about the size of my thumb. I ordered popcorn chicken i asked for regular with ranch on the side they gave me bbq popcorn chick I couldn?t eat it when I... received it it was too much bbq on it so that threw my appetite off then I said let try the fries no they served me and myhusband old stale fries every single bite was a major crunch the only thing they got right was. The foot long chili dog and thecorn dog other then that my fries where over cooked and my popcorn chicken was not what I asked for this was my first time goingto Sonic and I was not impressed I tried to call at 10:45 right when I received my food to let them know my food was disgustingIf they can replace it which I would of been fine with but they did not answer of course they close at 11 so I don?t see whythey did not answer I?m really upset. Missed my tomatoes, bacon, lettuce. Straight missed half the burger. For some reason I never have a good experience ordering at... any sonic location. Makes me think I have bad luck or they just have unqualified workers. Read more
No wait to order from the stalls... Placed order from car stall and food was out in 5 mins.. They are fast and food was hot and... tasted great... Friendly staff... Really missing the Chicago Dogs and Deep Fried Oreos and small soft serve ice-cream .. Read more
I've gone her for half the year now on and off and every time the drive through is the slowest drive through I have ever been... in. The food is normal sonic food so that's good but this is hands down the worst sonic I have ever been too. Also they forgetto put sauce in my bag even when asked and first couple of times was like okay it happens now its just got to be on purpose.Also what is the deal with no stalls being open and the lobby just being completely abandoned.
