My sushi go to. Prices are affordable and sushi taste so yummy! Never had a fishy sashimi nor bad food from here. Must try!
I ordered the large sashimi for pickup & it was the tiniest sashimi pieces I?ve ever seen. After paying, I asked the lady who... works there if this was their normal size she said yes so I had to take it. I told her they were too small & it was like anappetizer but she wouldn?t budge. I order a large sashimi in other Japanese restaurants & have never been disappointed before?for $56 it shouldn?t have been tiny little cubes of fish they were giving for takeout. Im ordering from a different place &never ordering from Samuri again. I used to LOVE coming here before COVID & went a few times after things opened back up. I have been going here since this restaurant opened in the 2000's, and they have never let me down. The service is good, food... presented beautifully, and most important; it's delicious! Recommend 5:30-6pm for dinner, as it isn't usually asbusy. Pictured is Chirashi Zushi. Read more

They were very short staff when we went so we were there for about an hour and half on a non busy time. I understand that can... happen though. The sushi was good! Loved the variety menu options. I wouldn't say this is my favorite Sushi place in townhowever, I do enjoy ordering and dining with them! Read more
Got the coconut shrimp box and the calamari tempura. It was delicious and fresh. The miso soup was hot and perfect. The salad... was crisp and had the perfect amount of dressing. The waitress was kind and courteous. The low light ambiance is appreciative ofthose of us with sensitive eyes. The decor is culturally appropriate with cute origami creations throughout and Japanese art toplease the eyes. A great place to get some delicious food. Read more
The atmosphere here is very comfortable, we were greeted promptly at the door & seated right away. The waitress was very... friendly & attentive as was the sushi chef, who made conversation with us from his station (we happened to be the only customersthere at the time) There is a lot to choose from on the menu & I was quite surprised by the price of the lunch boxes, the amountof food you receive for less than $15 is staggering compared to other places up here! I was very impressed by the shreddeddiakon my sister's sushi was served on, I love diakon & have never had it served that way & that was just a garnish! Slow service.. we were sat down instantly and then was never greeted till about 15 minutes later and after another guest enters.... We were the only family in the restaurant at the time. The guys behind the sushi bar seem nice. Food was warm and hot sporadicand didn?t all come out at once. Sushi was good and came out before hot food which was perfectly fine. Food was good, theprices were most definitely fair. The lack of getting an extra cup for our little and the lack of customer service from the verybeginning. I did enjoy you can pay with the receipt by scanning the QR code. That way less work on the crew. Generally I?d takepictures but I just wanted to leave. Read more
