Absolutely loved it!!! The food was so good but what we loved the most was the customer service. We haven't had good customer... service while dining out for a long time and this time we left with a full stomach and a smile on our faces. We went there whenit was pretty busy, but we got a table really quick and got our drink order taken really quickly aswell. We did think on thefood for a while but our waiter was very patient with us and gave us good reccomendations. We have been here many times and the service is always so so, but the last time we went it was really bad. Only saw our waiter a... two times. To take our order and to give us togo boxes. Someone else gave us our drinks, different person gave us our food andanother different person gave us our sauces (that we asked for when we ordered) Service here is VERY VERY impersonal. Not surewho to tip! Their "bottomless fries" is a pure joke. When you ask for more it takes almost 20+ minutes to get them, same withtheir "bottomless mac and cheese". I feel like at soon as you get your food you should order your bottomless items right awaybecause if you don't you'll be sitting there for another 20+ minutes after your meal waiting , and hope it's not cold. Forgetabout refill of drinks cause you'll never get them. Next time we'll just go McDonald's, at least then the food will be hot andthe fries won't be gross, soggy and cold. Read more

Me and my niece went for our birthday dinner. My sister went with us also and I got the scorpion burger. It was so delicious,... sadly I couldn't have the scorpion sauce due to tomato allergies, bt the burger was still on hit. It was so good and I wouldrecommend for others to try it as well. Wife always loves the cocktails, love the bottomless fries, always a good meal... Update: The cocktails aren't the strongest,... but they will do the trick... I think they do a great job at putting out their menu. They pride themselves on their burgers. And I would say for a chain... restaurant, they do a great job. Places always seem to be clean. Staff was friendly and helpful even for being shorthandedduring this pandemic. Read more
