We went to Raising Cane?s for lunch today and were very pleased with the service. They were hopping! They forgot a coleslaw but... rushed to replace when we let them know. They soda machines were having trouble with the mixture. They were all flat. But theyoffered to fill from the drive through soda machines for us. Decent amount of food for the cost and even though the line was long, it went very quickly. However, the fries had no salt on... them and very little flavor. The only flavor on the chicken was the sauce they provided (the sauce is really good). One of thethree pieces of chicken was mainly breading and severely overcooked. So I went through drive through and ordered my food. After ordering they messed up my order was billing me for the wrong order.... Then when I got to the window to pick up my order the lady walked away and everyone was just looking at me. Then they said waitup front and they?ll bring my order to me. I asked how long they said 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and when I got home with myorder it was cold! So I waited for 20 minutes to get cold food that tasted like it had been sitting out.
