The Spenard Location is not dependable you more likely than not have an incomplete order 4 out of 5 times. I tried ordering my... last three orders were incomplete. When I called to politely ask for my items I am put on hold for over 10 min they don't carenow they already have my money and 50 to 60 dollars an order is a lot but you can't get a hold of them once you have paid... sobuyer beware....wish it was better gonna miss their pizza just can't afford to keep coming back Read more

We ordered for a curbside pickup due to us having covid. Order was gonna be ready in 15-20 min, we got there 5 min before it hit... the 20 min mark. ended up waiting for almost 30 min before we ended up just going inside and asking for our order. even aftercalling while in the car, there was no answer. Went to pick up an order for doordash and 1st of all there was an entire drug deal between the homeless happening outside of the... facility, 2nd, upon walking inside the store there was a homeless person using the store phone to make a non professional call,3rd, it took at least 5 minutes of uncomfortable waiting before I got any help due to staff not paying attention and lastlystaff wasn?t even friendly towards me. We ordered from this location while staying in a hotel in Anchorage. We received half our order with the wrong soda. I called... back to ask for the rest of the order (I ordered on their website but the driver was DoorDash I guess so he didn't know what Ihad ordered and could not help me) and after being first hung up on, then left on hold, finally got ahold of someone andrequested they send us the rest of our order. So they did but we got an entirely different person's order-none of what theysent was part of our original order. I called again and they left me on hold. So I called again and they did not pick up. Wondering if they were avoiding me since I had already established they had my number on caller ID, I used my husband's cellphone and they picked up immediately... which makes me think they were indeed ignoring me. I told them it was 10PM, and we weretired of this (we'd ordered for the first time two hours earlier) and just to refund me for what we didn't get. They said okayand that I would see a credit in 3-5 days. It has been 11 days and I have not seen a credit. I haven't decided if I want tojust give up so I don't have to deal with them again or not. I tried to order the Detroit style pizza from here twice, the first was terrible was just a regular pizza with sauce and that... was it and was thinking it was probably just ingredient shortage so I didn?t worry to much about it, but I did it again and it?sthe same thing, I tried to get my money back but they just hang up on me and transfer me to other places not even in state likewhat? But I would highly recommend not ordering from this specific place, also the breadsticks I got were cold and the marinarasauce was ice cold as well. Read more
My previous order was flawless. Yet somehow today was a completely different experience. 3 stars for the pizza, if you will,... looking like something edible. It looks like it was left in the oven to overcook, then got stepped on and put in the mostdisgusting box they could find. Finally, the "seal" was strictly ornamental and was hanging on for it's life. Edit: Reordered again today, they didn?t include part of our drinks. This time even told us ?you have extra.? When in fact were... missing one. Every time we ask for naked wings we end up with buffalo sauce. They?re supposed to be for children. We love toorder from here, but if you buy anything on the $5 line up they ALWAYS FORGET IT!! We have to wait for them to go back and getthe rest of our order EVERY TIME! They need to work on reading the receipt and getting the order right the first time.
