The Spenard Location is not dependable you more likely than not have an incomplete order 4 out of 5 times. I tried ordering my... last three orders were incomplete. When I called to politely ask for my items I am put on hold for over 10 min they don't carenow they already have my money and 50 to 60 dollars an order is a lot but you can't get a hold of them once you have paid... sobuyer beware....wish it was better gonna miss their pizza just can't afford to keep coming back Read more

We ordered for a curbside pickup due to us having covid. Order was gonna be ready in 15-20 min, we got there 5 min before it hit... the 20 min mark. ended up waiting for almost 30 min before we ended up just going inside and asking for our order. even aftercalling while in the car, there was no answer. Edit: Reordered again today, they didn?t include part of our drinks. This time even told us ?you have extra.? When in fact were... missing one. Every time we ask for naked wings we end up with buffalo sauce. They?re supposed to be for children. We love toorder from here, but if you buy anything on the $5 line up they ALWAYS FORGET IT!! We have to wait for them to go back and getthe rest of our order EVERY TIME! They need to work on reading the receipt and getting the order right the first time.
