By Far the Best Spring Rolls I've ever had and the Soup ???? was Delicious highly recommend this place.!
The food is normally good but I ordered a beef pho and the meat that I received was raw and cold which was labeled as ?rare... steak?. This is the second time I received raw meat in my order. Read more
Pho was super good here! I liked the inclusion of Alaskan types of names to the meals. Most people when they go to Alaska don?t... think of good Pho but this spot was pretty good. I got the combo (minus the tripe and tendon). Read more
I ordered a large bowl with oxtail, rare beef and meatball. I was stuffed! Tasted amazing and the music selection was on... point! Read more
Pleasant atmosphere with a clean and minimalist decor. Friendly, polite and attentive staff. I ordered the rare pho and the... broth was excellent. It had the perfect amount of body and flavor to it without being heavy or over done. I felt like therecould have been a tad more meat though. I ordered the small and it was the perfect size to be able to share a banh mi sandwichwith my friend. The pork banh mi was quite tasty. The bread had the perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside, the pork was crisp and well flavored, though again, I felt the quantity was lacking. The carrots and lettuce were fresh and Iadded a little chilli oil for that perfect kick. Would definitely come back to try other items on the menu based on these twoexcellent dishes! This place is usually busy and one of the more popular pho restaurants. The popularity is probably due to how they have... successfully made it a modern & trendy place to dine. The menu is short and concise, which makes it easy to decide on what toget. Other pho places have 50+ items on their menus. Flavors are pretty mild and good for people who are new to Vietnamesecuisine. They appear to have a successful business model but what matters most is the flavor. The pho broth tastes watereddown. It is pretty clear. Adding condiments & garnishes is a must or your will have a bland bowl of noodles. Speaking ofcondiments... there are not a lot to choose from. Maybe it is due to covid that they just don't want to provide all theadditional condiments that just about every other pho shop provides? Less surfaces to touch, less germs? Where is the fish sauceWhen? The sugar to balance with the lime? When you do ask for certain traditional condiments the servers seem surprised butusually friendly & accommodating. What they seem to do best is the banh mi. There are different types of meats to choose from. You can add and egg & Wasabi mayo to spice it up. The veggies are great. The meat is flavorful. The bun is the perfect texture.I've had banh mi that has been too crunchy & the roof of my mouth has been cut up from eating them. They do a very good job withthis. The bread, meat, veggie ratio is spot on. What is missing is that it would be nice to get a traditional banh mi with headcheese. Read more
Delicious vietnamese food, in a modern setting (it is unlikely you have been to a vietnamese restaurant with large dragon... murals!). The food is served pretty fast, so awesome. We had the salmon fresh roll and fried tofu fresh roll, both were great. The chicken and seafood pho with chicken broth were both delicious as well. The #13 rice plate with pork was good as well, itcomes with a bowl of broth and salad. The staff came by a couple of times to check if we needed anything. We recommend tryingPhonatik. Read more
It's a chill place to enjoy a meal. Although it's a little more then some places the cost is worth the value. The staff were... nice and informational on items and suggestions. I enjoy coming here, most large pho bowls are $17. Nice options off apps likespring rolls, egg rolls, crab wonton and a few others. I haven't tried the banh mi but they look really good. Read more
