Don't order from papa johns, dead rats found In warehouse. Store very dirty, hair in food. Staff refuse to wash hands... correctly. Or wear gloves. Improper sanitation being conducted. Surprised no one has died. Read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Order never came. Was on hold with the store for over an hour and no one ever answered. Called... back the next day and was on hold for another 30 minutes and still no one answered. Called and chose option for manager andstill no one ever answered the phone. Called in and chose option for new order. Someone answered and said they could not help meand transferred me back to the manager line. Finally after another 20 minutes they answered. Eventually my order was refunded.But the hoops I had to jump through to make that happen were ridiculous. Read more
