The GM of this location, Day Quan, who is filling in for the Seward hwy store , along with Alexis the manager of the Seward hwy... store, are both excellent and go above and beyond to make sure their guests have wonderful service and food. They have alwaysensured quality and freshness for our business and we recommend them to anyone in town. I have attempted to order from her twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time I understood the long wait. This time I spoke to a... guy. Apparently they had to put source to door dash drivers. He said the driver would be there in 3 minutes. I called almost anhour later. He said the door dash thing said they dropped it off. I told him I never got it. I called the Northern lights store.They asked me for my first and last name I said was that necessary. She said yes. I gave her... my full name. I then proceeded to order. Then she tells me they don't deliver to my side of town and told me not to call oldSeward because they won't deliver either. So I called the old Seward store and they took my order and told me there was noproblem delivering. The food was fantastic. Papa John's messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they'd give a refund. I never received a... refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn't give a refund due toso much time passing. 0 stars and would not recommend. Read more
My husband and I flew to Anchorage for me to have a major surgery. Well, when you have a scheduled surgery you are supposed to... have a cocid -19 test. My test came out positive. I was in shock, I had no symptoms. I have a 2 month window to have thissurgery before I have permanent paralysis. I dont remember how many times I tried to order from Walmart or Carrs Safewayon-line. I could not leave the safe house at all. My husband had to go get things i needed. I still am not sure if I am able toreschedule the surgery i need. Papa John's pizza was all I able to order from. The whole time being in Anchorage Papa John'spizza was a savior. Plus during Christmas they were very helpful. Thank you to the staff for understanding my dilemma. Read more
Good enough standard corporate pizza...you get what you expect if you've ordered before. Consistency isn't a bad thing, but it... isn't going to overwhelm you with the wow. Even the new stuffed crust pizza is ok-good it isn't great...the cheese in the crustis barely melted otherwise the pizz is fine. Read more
