I have attempted to order from her twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time I understood the long wait. This time I spoke to a... guy. Apparently they had to put source to door dash drivers. I called the Northern lights store.They asked me for my first and last name I said was that necessary. She said yes. I gave her... my full name. I then proceeded to order. Then she tells me they don't deliver to my side of town and told me not to call oldSeward because they won't deliver either. So I called the old Seward store and they took my order and told me there was noproblem delivering. The food was fantastic. Papa John's messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they'd give a refund. I never received a... refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn't give a refund due toso much time passing. 0 stars and would not recommend. Read more
