At first I was so happy that this was a clean restaurant. But then I noticed the employees obviously hated their jobs. Customer... service needs some work. Nobody gave a smile or even said thank you. And then I found a nasty hair in my fried rice. They didgive me a new order. But bad customer service in my opinion. Read more

The best Panda Express I have been to - flavor and quantity. Time was 12:40 pm on a Sunday; best time to go. Plate with Angus... steak, honey sesame chicken, 1/2 chow mein 1/2 super greens. Read more

Wanted 1 (one) large steamed rice. The drive through couldn?t figure out what I wanted. Rang up 4 half rice and a water. I... pulled up, told them I only wanted 1 large steamed rice. They closed the window and I?m not sure what happened next. I sat for abit, three people came to the window but never opened it. I just drove off. I wasn?t yelling or rude, just confused. Went to alocal restaurant and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Rice was half the price. How hard is rice for an Asian themedrestaurant. The other location never seem to have this issue. I only went as it was close to Costco, not going back. Read more

Food is honestly bland, I was unimpressed with it. The only time I went was my first, and last time as I suffered terrible... indigestion and toilet troubles because of their food. I wont be going back. Additionally I just heard from a coworker of minethat they had terrible food poisoning after eating their food. Just another reason not to go in my books. ** edit** I got incontact with Panda about my disappointment with their food and received rather poor customer service. The other person on theirFB page did the usual platitudes, then after responding said that they left a voice-mail on my phone, however I never receivedone. I tried reaching out to let them know, but they have since ignored my attempts to talk to them. Read more

The bathroom was a total mess when we got here, told someone at the front counter of it and was never addressed the whole time... we were there. The food was under the heat lamps for to long and tasted so processed. I can't believe I wasted my money here. I asked for a large fountain water after buy a bunch of entrees wanted to charge me for the cup of water. Ew what a corporatekinda thing to do silly bean counters! Oh I was totally shocked how little the plates were then the last time we were here too! Read more

First, love that there's a Panda Express on south side of Anchorage now. That makes my life so much easier! Haha. But, I'm... impressed with how fast they tend to have our food ready. Out of all the Panda expresses I've eaten, they have always had theirfood ready. We've never had to wait for them to cook up more. We've never usually are waiting long to get our food either.Granted we seem to get there when the line isn't long, but we've eaten there a bit and every time it was quick. Very clean, employee seem kind, this is a good one. Read more

Putting aside the quality of the food, which was lackluster at best and cold and dry at worst, the customer service was awful.... And by that I don't mean that they were particularly rude, but that they just wouldn't LISTEN. My family and I ordered threedifferent things for each of us: orange chicken, shrimp and steak, and black pepper beef. For reasons whose logic I still failto understand, the person taking the order kept asking if we wanted that on one plate, which of course we said no. When wefinally got our order, we didn't even get the whole thing. We only got ONE of the things we ordered. I had to ask where the restof our order was, and it turned out they never rang it up. So I went through what our order was again, and once again we onlygot ONE of the two remaining dishes we asked for. Now I don't know whether they just weren't listening, were incapable ofunderstanding what was being asked, or if they were just having a bad day and couldn't concentrate, but by this point I wastired of having to repeat myself and just took what I got and left. Maybe the service my family got wasn't indicative of theirnormal practices. I don't know. But based on my experience, my advice is this: There's a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant calledSeoul Casa literally on the other side of the parking lot that this Panda Express sits on. Go there instead. You get two orthree times the amount of food for the same price, the taste is infinitely superior, and they have a customer service wherecompetence is something you can expect as a bare minimum, not gambled for.
