Wanted 1 (one) large steamed rice. The drive through couldn?t figure out what I wanted. Rang up 4 half rice and a water. I... pulled up, told them I only wanted 1 large steamed rice. They closed the window and I?m not sure what happened next. I sat for abit, three people came to the window but never opened it. I just drove off. I wasn?t yelling or rude, just confused. Went to alocal restaurant and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Rice was half the price. How hard is rice for an Asian themedrestaurant. The other location never seem to have this issue. Food is honestly bland, I was unimpressed with it. The only time I went was my first, and last time as I suffered terrible... indigestion and toilet troubles because of their food. I wont be going back. Additionally I just heard from a coworker of minethat they had terrible food poisoning after eating their food. Just another reason not to go in my books. ** edit** I got incontact with Panda about my disappointment with their food and received rather poor customer service. The other person on theirFB page did the usual platitudes, then after responding said that they left a voice-mail on my phone, however I never receivedone.
