Good food and great service!
9:05pm my daughter and I stop here for some food. We walked in and order our meal as we order I ask the employee for the... restroom as I needed to go right away. She looked at me and said we just finish cleaning the bathroom and we're closing soon. Itold her it's only past 9 and they close at 10pm why is the restroom close so early? She said they already clean it ???? then weready to sit and eat and we were told dinning in is close as well as they were cleaning for close up ????. I have not been to arestaurant that close the restroom and dinning area way before their close time. I will not waste my time here again ???? Read more
Went to the drive-through to order a Cub meal which manager of this place told me not to yell because I had to raise my voice ... Because she got my order wrong the 1st time . I didn't yell at all that was an exaggeration. As we are driving away she cursedover the microphone and my childhood hurt her and repeated the swear that she said I will never go back to that restaurant stopas long as that lady is working. Where has standards gone it's gone for the way that's that's employees are supposed to treatcustomers who by the way are the ones that are providing the money for your business to stay open. Half hour before closing, they are only offering rice and like 2 entrees. Makes me wonder how long they leave their food out... that they've clearly stopped making new food for a while and it's still a half hour before closing. This place is so gross, nowonder the staff is all forced to wear masks. It's to protect themselves from the pathogens growing on the heat lamp marinatedfood. Read more
I love Panda Express so much; it?s always been my favorite place to eat. However the last month and a half, the place has been... horrible. I ordered food for delivery along with my brother, and our food was badly undercooked. I got in contact with the storeand only received platitudes, and upon my brother throwing up from the food poisoning, I got in contact with the Alaska Food andHealth Department. They assured me that they?d investigate the store, so about two weeks later I felt confident enough to orderfrom them again. Unfortunately nothing changed; my food (orange chicken) was undercooked again, and on top of that the egg rollsweren?t cooked right this time. I ended up having severe nausea. I haven?t ordered from them since, but a coworker of mine toldme they?d gotten food from the place only to get severe food poisoning. So this is a food safety issue that?s been going on forat least a month and a half; until this place gets sorted out, I heavily recommend that you avoid this place. Read more

The drive-thru is very quick in comparison... to dining inside; I think seeing all that food makes it hard to choose. Please be polite and let people order ahead of you ifthe entree you want is "old", "cold", or "not enough"; wait or choose a different entree. Thank you from all those who arelimited on time.
