Unfortunately we had a few issues with our meal, hadn’t planned on initially saying anything but after the third strike of... something wrong decided to ask for a manager. Charity was an absolute sweetheart in trying to resolve our issues and was happyto send us home with complimentary dessert and a pack of break sticks for the doggo’s, in addition to assuring us she’dspeak with her staff on the matters. Oh my gosh!!! Go here!!! My husband and I came here on a whim, and had a fantastic time. Honestly, we’ve never been before... because where we are from, Olive Garden is not too good. Went to the Muldoon location in Anchorage. It was amazing! Food was excellent! Staff was awesome the evening manager was so... sweet and kind. He had a great attitude And our waitress was the same. Fun experience for my daughter and I. We will be back! Read more

Theresa and another employee had taken our name and number down then informed us it would be a 20 minute wait. After 30 mins of... waiting we finally called and was told there was no one on the waiting list and that we were good to come in for seating (Wasodd that we were not called nor notified), once we had entered they then told us that there was no longer seating since thephone call 30 seconds ago and that it would now be a 20 minute wait (again), we had reminded them that we were alreadypreviously in almost 35 minutes ago and were told we would receive a call by then. Instead they had allowed other customersahead of us and put us at the bottom of the list for another 20 minute wait, waste of our time. To include that when we hadcalled after the 30 minutes of waiting they couldn’t secure us a seat on the waiting list. I understand the stress and chaosof a restaurant but this was clear negligence and felt like a bad representation of the customer service Olive Garden provides. Read more

There is nothing different about this Olive Garden above others, except the service we received. Out server was Eta. She was... probably one of the best servers I have ever had. Joyful, attentive, and quick. If I can be sure to have her as my server inthe future I will go much more frequently. Read more

Been to this location only a few times but each time it was great customer service and our food was good.

Very lovely date night with my wife. The food was fresh, hot, and served within a timely manner. I have not personally ever been... to an Olive Garden before, but was extremely pleased with the food and service. I LOVE Italian, and short of requesting a bitmore oregano for seasoning it was spot on. Read more

We normally sit at a bench in the bar, especially if it's busy.. the Long Islands are worth the cost for myself and the wife... prefers the Blue Amalfi for sweeter pallets. Food is always good and we have never had an excessive wait for the main courses. Read more
