I ordered a fish sandwich, plain. Then specified no sause, no cheese. I got a fish sandwich with cheese. I parked, went into the... store, said I wanted a plain fish sandwich. The employee asked if I wanted cheese. The manager was right there. She completelyignored me. There was no "Oops, we messed up." There was no apology at all. There was zero attempt at customer service. Theemployee handed me the sandwich and turned around and walked away without saying anything. I'd give the service a zero if Icould. Read more
Out of all the fast food chains mickey D's definitely takes the cake everytime. Fast and accurate service. Always well staffed.
I am gauging by French fries as it is the only thing I oder from them now. The day I went there was a Saturday afternoon. The... drive thru was very busy but it us the location too. But the best part is that the fries were really fresh and cooked well.Being busy did not stopped them to take the time to cook thei FF the way it is supposed to be. They mixed up my order with another customer, which is just a mild inconvenience. Unfortunately when I brought it in to get it... corrected, the employee took the orders from us and tried to give me the order that they had given to the other customer. I hadto insist they made a new order for me, which is absolutely insane since what they were doing is a food safety violation. Read more
Came here specifically to get ice cream and surprise surprise the machine was down. We literally went to three McDonald's trying... to get ice cream and all three McDonald's ice cream machine was down. Mainly, we were ticked off that we had to wait 15 minutesin line to finally order... Just to find out we couldn't order ice cream. They never put a sign out to warn you the machines aredown. We're seriously done with McDonald's. Their prices have gotten so high, their food is not that great and we can nevercount on what we want being there. Read more
Once again, they forgot my hash browns. Also, they forgot my caramel macchiato. I?m not trying to complain? I take the time of... day and level of traffic into consideration cause I know it can get busy. This was during the morning between 9-10 am. Slowtraffic, and I was the only one in the drive-thru line (other than maybe one other person). Having worked at McDonalds myselfas a younger teenager, It?s very simple? you look at the order, look at the printed receipt, and account for all the items asyou?re putting them in the bag. Asked for no pickles on order but they were there dispite the special label (problem for a picky kid). Completely wrong sodas... were given out as well. McRib impossibly jerky tough. The fries were even cold unsalted and stale. The staff was lackingseriously. Read more
