Ordered the mini BBQ chicken plate and my chicken was RAW. Health & Safety should definitely be notified.
I really love L&L - I've visited quite a few. I've been a regular patron at the Dimond location for 6 years now and usually it's... pretty top tier. The last few months have been slightly disappointing though. It's a 50/50 chance on if my katsu is burned, andthe customer service is just "okay". They've always only offered half of what's actually pictured on the menu, and in the pastthey've stopped serving certain menu items an hour or so before closing and only offer fried foods. I understand that- but itseems to get earlier and earlier. During my visit today they had already switched to fried food only at 5:30pm, and they closedat 9pm. I ended up only ordering half of what I went there for. Overall it's okay but definitely subpar compared to otherlocations I've visited. Read more
Maybe it was the time I ordered it....but the chicken tasted like a rubber chicken I bought out the toy section. It was the... most disgusting and disappointing representation of this franchise I ever had. I've taste their food before in California and itwas a 100 times better. This place either needs new management or more passionate cooks. Read more

Really nice cashier, maybe boss? The food was like like their franchises in Hawaii. Rice was a bit dried out but they weren't... skimpy on the food.
