Staff is friendly and I absolutely loved the macoroni, Pulehu chicken, and the Teri Beef!! I recommend getting the combo plate... with both. We were visiting from out of town and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some good Hawaiian food inAnchorage. Don't let the outside fool you, the food is well worth it! Great neighborhood restaurant for locals and foodies. I had the pork and teriyaki chicken. Amazing! Donnelly recommend to anyone... looking for something different, filling, flavourful, and reasonably priced. They have a welcoming atmosphere and lots to offer.Highly recommend. Read more

The food is great however. I had been calling for 20 minutes to make an order for the office. I went to voice mail. So I took... personal time on my birthday mind you , to go in person and put down the order. The girl was silencing the phone as it rang. AndI get they are busy but this is why you keep enough staff so one can serve and one can answer phone. She was doing it allherself so she was not giving the best customer service. Read more
This place will always get 5 stars from me. Always quick and always friendly pictured is the regular Teri Beef for $10.75. They... haven't changed their prices at all even with the Pandemic and everything. Great Food, Great Portions, Low Cost= Perfection. Read more
I love the atmosphere in this place. I arrived in between meals, and it felt like sitting in a family home, very cozy and... friendly. The food is excellent, and at a VERY great value. The flavor of the pork and chicken were on point, and it goes sowell with the rice and Mac salad. There are several poke options as well, and the spicy ahi was so delicious and well balanced.I wish I had known about this place sooner, and will definitely be back! Read more
