This holiday is so poorly managed!! Whomever is running this location does not care. With things never stocked. Counters,... coffee area ,and soda area sticky spills everywhere. trash all over the floors. This easily is the dirtiest holiday I?ve beenin. Morning staff seem so displease to be working there. Hopefully they can get someone in there that greets people. Change thevibe of this location. Maybe someone that can wipe down counters ???????? Read more

I just visited the Debarr and Boniface location and was extremely satisfied with the morning crew. Two ladies, one by the name... of, "Mai" and the other, "Paris" (I am not sure of the spelling). As soon as I walked in I asked if I could simply make someoatmeal that I had in my backpack. Paris exclaimed, "of course" even though I had mentioned it would require one of thiercoffee cups and a spoon is well. As I had finished and started to leave I asked if they had any canned soda because I had onlyhad a little over a dollar. Mai answered that there were only large cans of soda and they sold for a dollar and 69 cents Ibelieve it was, so in response to that she handed me $2 and told me get whatever I wanted, bottle or can. I, (being homeless)was very grateful for this offer and grabbed a bottled sprite, she rang it up and I tried to give her the change but sheinsisted I keep it.. Anyways, the point of this entire comment is that I am very fond of the employees that were working thatmorning and wanted to do something nice in return. I wish I could get them a raise but I believe this is the best thing I can dofor them. Read more
I went to this store earlier Sept 7th and the worker Gloria just grabbed my I.D out of my hand and scanned it with out asking. I... told her thank for asking, and told me I don?t need to ask while getting E-cigs and to top it off she didn?t even look my I.D toconfirm it was me. I could?ve been an underage person using someone else?s I.D!!! She also had the expression and vibe that shedidn?t want to be there. Very poor customer representative and very very poor at confirming to make sure the customer I.D cardmatches them while buying an E-cig or any other type of Tobacco products. Read more
The thing I do not like about this place is on 2 separate occasions a young native girl immediately "SCANS" my Identification.... The 2nd time I literally said "I don't want you to scan that." As she pulled the I.D. out of my grasp.She ignored me and scannedit anyways right in front of a heavy set female manager, who didn't say anything. I know they are not required to by law. And atthe very least they should ask us if It's okay to scan. Some of us Americans like to have our privacy. Once they scan your ID itgoes straight online, and it will show that I was just at that holiday store if I look up their location online. I hope theirmanager's correct this unnecessary invasion of privacy. In the meantime I will shop across the street. Read more
