They accused me of stealing when I had not taken anything. I go to the same holiday gas station everyday I wouldn't steal from a... place that I go to every single day. "Don't s**t where you sleep" and because they thought I'd stolen they in turn stole fromme. I had prepaid 20$ for gas and when I got to the pump they hadn't put the money on it for the gas. The store manager was so rude to me today literally his own words were ?my day was going good until you showed up ? I felt... discriminated and harassed by the store manager Dana and I will be reporting to higher management and hopefully he?s removed andnobody will be treated horribly again! I am hard of hearing and am supposed to have my hearing aid in and today I didn?t so heaccused me of yelling when I?m legally deaf! This store needs better employees, the heavy set blonde woman named April was unbelievably disrespectful. I carry a bag with... medication vital to my health which cost 4 grand a month. She rudely argued to refuse service without even allowing me toexplain. I understand they are just trying to prevent shoplifters but they dont watch to make sure someone else doesn't comebehind you and steal your things. Holiday is a big corporation who can afford to take a hit, I cant. I barely scrape by after mydiagnosis, I feel my loyalty as a customer deserves more then this. As for the employee, i suggest termination before she opensthe store up to a lawsuit with her behavior. Read more
