I have worked as Barista myself so I know a polite and friendly customer service goes a long way. I have no idea why the... baristas had to be rude this morning. Inform your face your happy the customers are there. I asked if they could cut a muffinfor my two kids, and I was told they couldn?t do that. What?!? There was no line and two baristas. There are lots of othercoffee shops and I will have to patronize other ones. Read more

I?ve had mixed results here. Sometimes the espresso is very good - never great, I suspect an off brand roaster - and sometimes... it is merely better than terrible. Baristas can be alternatively very friendly, or very cold and almost annoyed that you showedup. Sometimes the drinks are pretty good, and other times, like today, you get a latte with no foam at all. Overall, it?s like adifferent coffee shop every time I go. One day it?s a two star with rough espresso and a poorly made drink by a disinterestedbarista, the next it?s a really good cup and a friendly barista. I?d like to move this rating up, because I hate to hurt themon their good days, but I suspect that management needs to invest a little bit more into training both in customer service andbarista skills.
