I used to love dominos. But the past two time it was horrible. Burnt crust and raw toppings. (Not sure how you manage that) like... chewing on cardboard. Please avoid this chain. Even the cheesy bread that I used to love is a burnt cheese puff. Read more
I made a gmail account just to express how disappointed I was in my Dominos experience. Dominos used to have decent pizza, but... the days of the substantial crust and a 1/4 inch of cheese seem to be over. What I got was a greasy pizza with minimal cheeseand way too many bubbles. Important! ! ! Before you order.!!! if you love a local restaurant usually, but A pizza is just hard to find right. Try anything... else. If you let a place know they made the wrong food, then would be happy with a correction on my order or in near future. . .you are wrong. Excellent service and great food!
So disappointing! We ordered sandwiches and hot wings, items we've ordered many times, so we know how they look & taste. The... driver apologized for not having the ranch that we was supposed to come with the wings, he said the guys at the store forgot toput it in the bag. We're in a hotel so don't have any condiments so the driver told us to contact the store & he would comeback out. I hit to report an issue button in the app which just took me back to the home page ready to take my order. Afterdigging all through the app to report the problem, I gave up on the app & googled the nearest Dominos and called. The guy on thephone blamed the driver, said all drivers pack their own bags, and they were very busy and short staffed. He said he couldbring the ranch but it would be a long time but he would give me a $10 coupon for next time instead. The wings were soggy (andranchless ????) and there was hardly any meat on the philly sandwich. Also, no napkins, remember, we're in a hotel. Sigh. Read more
