Need to start cleaning rooms. Housekeeping doesn't change bed sheets and doesn't take out the trash or do any house keeping. No... one answered our front desk calls and some of the staff were rude when asking for housekeeping. Evening of Nov 17 front deskworker was rude. Read more

Boy has this place done nothing in the last 10-12 years! They didn't even have the nice big white fluffy down comforters. Nope-I... had a quilt on my bed.with no blankets. I had to ask for a blanket and then I had to ask for towels. Only 2 in the room. I lovethe bath tub. That's it! The bar is no longer available, there is no pool and they still wanted almost 300$ a night for the Kingwith a large bathtub. It was insane. Don't waste your money. Read more

Location is great, super expensive for a room and hotel with no pool, the only think it has going for it is the tub.

Best friend and I spent 2 days here, on the 3rd floor. The beds are super creaky and loud when moving, mattress has a human form... dent so it feels like you can ONLY stay on the one side of the bed, the pillows are so soft and unsupportive of the neck, superuncomfortable, my friend actually woke up sore. Theres just the basic TV channels nothing special, the TV still glitches so umiss whatever show is on. The only upside is the hot shower and nice big bathtub and the rooms are dust free, housekeepers werefriendly and asked if we needed anything. Sometimes there's a loud high pitch sound, woke me up around 6AM. The last time Istayed here we stayed underneath a very loud airconditioner that gave me a headache throughout the night. Rooms could use alittle update, maybe add Netflix or Hulu on the TV so you don't have to deal with the constant glitching. Read more
