Came up from Homer, Ak with my mom to go to the mall and get Cinnabon. Was there 1 1/2 hours before the posted closing time and... was told that they were no longer selling to the public. I asked what are the doing with the inventory sitting in front of meand the worker jokingly said, it?s for the employees ha ha. Staff was rude, never open when they are supposed to be. Cinnabonshould revoke their franchise rights to this horrible business owner. They don?t deserve to use this brands name. Would be greatif corporate actually read this and fired the owner from having the rights to use the franchise name. This was not the firsttime I have been turned away from this location. Drove all the way from Homer to anchorage to get 3 dozen cinnamon rolls on Monday, only for the employees to tell me that they... were closed. Even though it showed on the site that they were supposed to close an hour after I arrived. It bummed my whole tripand my kids were very sad. Read more
Had to swing in to Best Buy to purchase a Sonos Arc sound bar and Sonos subwoofer. I thought it would be nice to bring home some... Cinnabon to the fam. The way Cinnabon is set up, it looks bright and inviting. I casually walked up to the counter, and askedone out of the two employees if they were open. The employee I spoke to responded with a look of disgust, while saying thatwe're closed until 12 giving a peace out? hand gesture. As I started to walk away, I could clearly hear him complaining to theother employee. He was complaining that he was tired of people asking if they were open, and that he has to deal with thatquestion every two minutes. I apologized openly that the store looked open, the other employee kindly stated that it's not aproblem. I don't live on this side of town, and every time I come to the Dimond Center I buy Cinnabon. This was the worstCinnabon visit I have ever experienced.... and what makes matters worse is that I didn't even get a Cinnabon roll. Read more
Rude Management. Workers were very helpful but the Lady Manager was very rude after asking her a few questions. We understand... you are busy at times but you can do without the Attitude!!! Poor Managment. Read more
Menu says 6 pack for $18.99. So we ordered one. They gave us a prepackaged COLD box. I asked them we want hot cinnamon rolls.... Told us the six pack only comes cold and you have to warm them up at home and the warm cinnamon rolls on display are for singlepurchase only!... that is the most ridiculous thing I've come across ever!... I try to get here every time I get to Anchorage. They have always been absolutely great. The last 2 times I stopped to get my... rolls they were not so good. I always get a 4 pack to go. I dont usually get to them for several hours. This last time they werevery hard and stale. I couldn't even soften them up in the microwave. The sugary cinnamon was very grainy too. Perhaps I willinsist on the fresh ones in the future. I have been dissuaded in the past and told that the packaged ones were fresh also. Notthis time. The rolls also looked like the goofy misshapen ones that are set aside. I will try one more time...3rd times a charm. Read more
Update: Since shortly after it opened, the quality of product and staff has continually gone downhill. They used to use enough... icing on their rolls and give additional icing at no cost, but now there is very little icing and extra icing is only availablefor an additional fee. Stopped in for a center of the roll and was served what looked like a half eater cinnamon roll, lastvisit for some time. Read more
