Got the bacon cheese steak, once with strawberry lemonade and once with peach. I prefer strawberry most of the time but their... peach lemonade is delicious. Also got ultimate bacon fries, those are honestly almost worth visiting for by themselves. Ifit's not clear, I think the food here rocks. What really got me to make the trip across town for them though was the staff. It'snot often you go somewhere and feel like the staff are genuinely happy to have your business, but the guys at Charley's had agreat attitude both times I went. Read more

The food here is so amazing. I had the small cheese steak and fries. With all the veggies. So yummy and filling.

My family stopped to eat here. Every thing was okay until we got our food. My husband first asked for sauce for my sandwich... because it was barely any on it & the older man (cook) was VERY rude to him telling him it would cost extra and then walkedaway. My husband brought my son and I our food and the first thing I noticed was my sandwich was poorly made. My sons tenderswere so thin & dry. So i bit into my sandwich just to see how it taste first before complaining. It was horrible. Im pregnant. Icant eat a lot of salty food. The sandwich tasted so salty! The chicken had no teriyaki sauce on it. It looked like they cookedthe chicken in then squirted a little sauce on the sandwich which went more on the bread than the chicken. Horrible. So ibrought the sandwich back to the cashier asking if it was possible I could have a refund. Thats when things got REALunprofessional. The cashier asked me what was wrong with a attitude while looking at me rudely. I explained the issue. He was sorude and it took a while to get him to understand why Im not happy. Sadly he spoke to me like i have poor comprehension andthis was the first Charlys ive been too. When its not. I know how the food should look. That wasnt it. Then the male cook tookthe plate & threw it! Screaming out something & im just looking like wow. I made a remark about what he just had done. Then thewoman cook starts staring at me angrily! I asked her is there a problem? Then told them both to do their jobs. They should nothave reacted that way. I was a paying customer dissatisfied with their performance and simply wanted my money back. I did notdeserve to have to experience this treatment and will never eat at this Charlys location again. I'm not sure most people in Alaska know what a real East coast Philly should taste like but this location has nailed it. Fresh... bread with all the right ingredients. The fries were a subjective topic with my girlfriend and I think believe these could beimproved with better cheese. But I didn't go here for the gas station French fries, I came here in hopes of finding a greatPhilly cheese steak and we did! Read more
