The kids (workers) are too young, they don't know how to do their job, I stood at the counter to order for a good 3 minutes. The... cook seen me he kept trying to tell one of the 3-4 girls standing at the drive thru window I was at the counter. It took theshop owner to go and say something for them to actually take my order, not even the manager said anything. Read more

My favorite drive-thru in Anchorage. Staff is always friendly and fast. The food is always hot and fresh. The #5 with Crisscut... Fries is the best. The also have Coke Zero, which is a favorite of mine. Read more
Very bad service. We ordered 3 complimentary cups of water when first giving our order Then, we also mentioned it at the... payment window. Order given was for 3 people. Heavy set women was very rude and reluctant to give complimentary cups ofwater. Our order was for combo's. This was for lunch. I did not want to edit this positive review, but leave it and add a separate review for the same location. Alas, I cannot figure... out how. So revision it is, and sadly it will not be a positive one. Not. Clean. I had trouble finding a clean place to sit. Nottoo busy staff, but staff trying to look like they were too busy. Staff was slow and less-than-attentive. 3 of them stamdind atthe drive thru window 2/3 doing nothing. While a line formed at the indoor register. Staff seemed cold, rude, and bordered justshort of this side of being disrespectful. The food was as good as you're going to get from fast food. But I am also a bitbiased. I like their breakfast. So, it's unfortunate that the rest of my experience ruined my breakfast. We were seen andignored by at least 3 of 5 staff visible. Read more
