The service was great! I think the bar tenders name was Gordon. I had a “Tokyo Mule” for my adult beverage and it was good! ... The food on the other hand, not so much. It was normal. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. I had some Teriyaki wings and aroll. Nothing spectacular about either. I’m a little disappointed as this place is allegedly supposed to be great! Good service. We were seated on-time and were served drinks, salad and soup within 10 minutes. Chef was at table within 20... minutes and expertly prepared seafood and steak dinners. Taste was good, preparation was fun to watch. Danny, our chef, paidattention to our kids and made it fun for them. Price was reasonable for the food and service. Parking wasnt an issue. Read more
Took 30 mins to get a waiter to place an order, took nearly 2 hours to get the food and there was only one other table that had... guests. When the food comes out both plates had mainly just pieces of fat from steaks as the protein. This is by far the worsthibachi I’ve ever been too. Sides are under seasoned and no effort into 90% of the food. Read more
We stopped for an early dinner. Chef was very entertaining, kids loved it. They were so excited they couldn't even eat. The kids... menu turned into a chef's hat. Food was cooked well and tasted good. Loved the fried rice. Read more
Our waitress Cindy was phenomenal (best Benihana waitress we’ve ever had and I’ve been to about seven of the chain’s... restaurants across the U.S.). Cindy and our chef, who we’re told is the only female teppanyaki chef in Alaska, were fun,attentive, professional, and spirited. It was a delicious meal with all of the Benihana flare. Expectations were met and myfamily enjoyed the evening. The bar’s waiter and ambiance wasn’t exactly memorable, but every part of the grill and foodexperience was delightful. Read more
We had great Chef! Very personable & entertaining! The food was delicious! The service was very slow due to a Staff shortage.... The noise level was horrendous! So if you have sensitive ears, bring ear plugs! The downside of using ear plugs is it's hard tocarry on a conversation! Overall the restaurant appeared to be clean! Read more
