Waited over 30 minutes to get my order, with myself being the only paying customer in the lobby. I had to point out multiple... times, that I'm missing items after receiving my order. After all that mess, I get home and find out that there is no syrup inall of our drinks. I guess everybody's having Perrier tonight lame.....wtf??????? Read more
It is taking forever now to get meals through drive through. Been sitting for 20 minutes after. And after receiving the food,... everything was cold. They had at least 4 people working and the service was horribly slow. Fast food??? I think not Read more
The drive thru takes an extremely long time. With 3 cars ahead of us it takes 30 minutes. All the 5 star reviews look very fake... and generic. Almost like the business is faking 5 star reviews. Read more

Long story but very necessary. Upon entry an obviously disgruntled and distressed gentleman snatched his bag off the counter and... exited the restaurant stating they are super slow and some other profane mutterings. I dismissed him with a hearty laugh. Thereare now 2 total customers inside including myself and my husband. The woman ahead of us was quickly attended to. She steppedaside to await her order completion. The manager (I presume) goes back into the kitchen space. He makes 3 sandwiches with only 1gloved hand. The ungloved hand touched all 3 sandwiches and was used to do other food prep work. Gross. 7 minutes after takingthe previous customers order he returns to the counter to assist me. I order a kids meal and an additional slider. No cheese.Another woman comes in. He helps her immediately. 2 5 pc fish with a crinkle and a curly fry. The manager goes about thebusiness of assisting drive thru, making fries, and again to making sandwiches in the kitchen. I notice on the order screen thatmy order has been input with no bun instead of no cheese. I attempt to advise the manager but he is busy. 8 minutes later hereturns and is eager to please. He says to customer 3 "we are waiting on crinkle" He assists the lady who came in last; and getsher out the door. I remark that I came in before her. "He says to me one moment please." He then asks "what did you order?" (Myticket is on the counter...but it is of no use because it was input incorrectly). I advise him of my order. He directs someoneto make it. I'm watching my food prep like a hawk because bare hands on my food will require us to go back to start. 2additional customers come in. My food is made successfully. The manager asks me what my drink was. (1st time asking). For bothtime and simplicity I say bottled water. He grabs my bag and water and heads to the fry station. Another order is on deck forfries. Good news, the drive through does not have a height restricting overhang, so that is a plus for taller automobiles. Ordered the... brisket sandwich, a new menu item. But not having been to Arby's in years everything was kind of new again. Fast friendlyservice...The sandwich smelled amazing on the drive home, to bad I wasn't impressed with the taste and look of the sandwich. For$12 , yes that is correct $12 for this sandwich , "Price Shock," I was not impressed. The curly fries were good and all washeddown by a carbonated beverage.
