Slow service , debit machines down on the drive though more then they?re working. They never post a sign saying it?s down and... when you only have a 30 minute break you spend majority of it waiting in the drive though line so you can go inside and pay withdebt. It?s time you post a sign and stop inconvenience your guests. Get your machines running. It?s been almost two years of itwork and not working. Get it together. Read more
Filthy, kitchen smoked out, a bunch of teens working, almost every order we observed was wrong. Line up of people coming back... with problems, including coming in from drive thru. Chicken fingers barely warm. Won?t be back at this location. Upper James isthe best. Read more

The sprite was carbonated water only. No sprite. I didn?t feeling like driving back. Then I discovered they gave us no ketchup.... The food was good with a family coupon. I guess there was lack of help there too as I drove to the second window to pay and getthe meals. Read more

Amazing and uplifting experience today with My family. Not only was staff very pleasant through the intercom but upon arrival to... the first window the man was happy and cheerful!
