Horrible starbucks. I mobile ordered at 4:02pm with the expected pick up of 4:10pm. I didn?t get my drink until 4:22 The staff... are rude and passive aggressive. I pay $6 for a drink and I should not be waiting 20 minutes for a drink when I am trying to?skip the line? with the mobile app. The manager with blonde messy hair gives customers dirty looks and looks unhygienic whilemaking drinks. One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. They are extremely busy but you can tell they're not compensating with... staff. There's definitely not enough staff on or there is but they're terribly slow. Watching Laryssa make drinks today made mewant to rip my eyes out... I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks and if she didn't stop talking to her friend I probably would havenever recieved my order. Big yikes. Then she over poured and just put the lid on, spilled it all over and just handed it to me???? definitely won't be back to this location. Read more
I absolutely ?loved? Starbucks. In particular this location. Amazing expert staff who always welcomed me with a warm smile,... and made fabulous suggestions for something new. For the location, ambiance, team and service I truly rate a 5 star?.. However, I had to lesson it to 3 stars due to the new ?Oatmilk? that Starbucks is using. (That deserves NO stars!) My favourite Starbucks in Ancaster. I've always enjoyed meeting with clients at this location considering it is very spacious,... lots of seating, clean restrooms, awesome staff and I particularly like how it is attached to Indigo.
