My wife purchased a $25 gift card which she paid for in cash. She has the receipt showing the $25 purchase and being given the... change from two $20 bills. When she went to use the gift card she was told that there was no balance on the card. My daughterhad a similar experience several weeks ago when the amount that she purchased on a gift was less when she went to use the cardthe first time. She has disputed the charge with her credit card company. Sounds as though they are scamming customers. Pleasepost if you have had similar problems with this store. We have lived in Anaheim Hills for 43 years and this is the firstexperience that we have had with a business employing these tactics. Read more
They don't do samples. To many options to spend $12 on ice cream I might hate.
They still aren?t allowing people to select their own toppings. Wake up! All of the other yogurt lands in the area have moved... away from this Covid practice. If you?re going to do this, at least have more than one person working. It was busy and there wasa line. Read more
I drove here on my lunch break just now, it was 12:11pm and the doors were locked. Hours say they open at 12pm - no sign saying... anything. I called the phone number and nobody picked up.
