Visiting from Las Vegas and needed a pick me up before heading back. Saw that this was open till 1030pm (it was 750pm when... arrived) so I decided to drive 12min out of my way just to find one of the employees at the door telling me they was closedalready. They left quickly even tho people were pulling up and said nothing else. I'm not even a regular at this coffee chainbut figured I'd give it a shot. Location was horribly planned for the amount of traffic this store brings. Drive thru was insanely long, not enough disabled... parking let alone regular. Everyone was happy with their drinks. Read more

Was in drive thru line for over 25 min. Upon approaching the window, staff was laughing and talking to each other. I ordered two... sandwiches and a frappachino and cake pop for my toddler. Both sandwiches were cold and my drink was blended ice and milk.Either this location is severely understaffed, or they have a bunch of children working for them. Overall experience at this Starbucks was quite satisfied, except for this staff at the cashier. After I told her I want an Ice... Grande Flat White, she ask: you want hot? I told her: No I want it iced. So she told me she got it! After waited for everyonepicked up their drinks and left, I ask one of the staff about my drink, she found a Venti Hot Flat White on the counter, so sheimmediately made another Ice Venti Flat White for me (so the girl at the cashier gave me a Venti Flat White when I asked for aGrande size and paid for the Grande size). Anyway, the customer behind me also didn't see his drink. So this staff lacks theskill for listening to the customer's request! Read more

Terrible customer service. Speaker volumn on drive thru was low, i was barely able to hear her. I told the cashier about it, she... said its not my problem. Unbelievable response from a starbucks representative. A company of this fame i was not expecting thisreply to my concern. Read more

I go to this location, multiple times everyday - and although I do have a couple of my favorite workers here, everyone on this... crew is absolutely fantastic. I drive for Uber and Lyft and am often in this area many times per day. Even with a really longdrive thru sometimes, they always manage to get you out in a very timely manner. Thanks to all the great girls and to the fewguys that work there! I wish I could tip you all more often than I can actually afford to do but you know you guys are always inmy heart and I appreciate the fantastic service I receive. I will always tip more when I can and try to make up for the timeswhen I can't. The service and quality always keeps me coming back! I've been to many many Starbucks since I was in high school. Now my daughter is almost start high school. I have to say this... Starbucks location was it. Had all the right qualities anyone would like to experience when visiting. The staff were kind youcan hear them communicate clearing seemed like they had been working together for years but I believe it's a relatively newlocation and the manager was greeting folks coming in it reminded me of cheers but with coffee instead of beer. Had a good vibe.The type of vibe I'd would love to be working in. Looked like they're hiring too, that'd the location I would want to work if Iworked for Starbucks just seemed like a welcoming environment that was moving customers came and went but I couldn't help butnotice the efficiency and how quike they were serving the drinks.
