Been here 30+ times but finally had an awful experience. Went there during our 30 minute lunch and the employee had the doors... locked 15 minutes past opening time. Kept looking over at me behind the glass but wouldnt come and open the door. Read more
Coming from someone who has been working in food service and hospitality for 10 years, the employee here manning the front and... back did not wear a hairnet OR gloves, let alone wash his hands in between handling the register and food. Service could bebetter but this person was slamming doors, no greeting over the phone (while placing my order) and overall lacking in the commoncourtesy/hospitality department. 14hours into my work day me and a coworker stop at Flame Broiler 1 or 2min b4 they close and the 2people inside were very nice... and very friendly even though they were just about done cleaning and ready to go home. They were still very professional anddidn't seem to mind that we had just came in b4 they closed. Me and my coworker told them we appreciated them making our mealand they wished us a good night told us we could eat inside but we just took it to go... Nice clean bright location. Very roomy and also has an outside patio with tables and chairs. Food is delicious and healthy. Good... prices on food you can get a regular chicken bowl for just under $7.00. Overall very good place to eat. Read more
I love this place - Christian owed and operated. Never had a bad meal here, and never had to wait more then 5 minutes... Its... just a chicken bowl, it it is awesome! You can smell the chicken cooking from Tustin Ave, you cant miss it! Read more
As I remember, chicken bowl still tastes good! This location is tucked away out of the main stream of traffic, and we expected... it to be slow, but there were lots of people picking up food to go. The staff must be used to the high volume of business because we received our orders very quickly! Read more
