It is 6/20 7:53pm this location is supposed to close at 8pm and they were already closed. I called the store and this guy... answered and I asked why the doors are closed already since the sign says they close at 8pm he said because we have a lot toclean so we closed early to clean up. Yeah, that?s not customers fault. I?ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning. There was afamily of 6 outside and they also said they wanted to grab a few sandwiches but they?re closed and apparently another 4 familieshad came so they lost quite a few customers tonight. 937pm on a Saturday. It says your store closes at 10pm. The lights were on but the door was already locked. Also, the last few... times I've come to order a sandwich, the skinny young guy making my sandwich doesn't put the toppings on evenly or nicelythroughout the sandwich to have all the flavors in each bite. All of my toppings were slapped on into a mound at the center ofthe sandwich and the ends were just bites of nothing but bread. Who makes sandwiches like this? This is the only location thatdoesn't make the sandwiches like they are supposed to be made. The lady that makes them is really slow but at least she isfriendly and makes the sandwiches more carefully and evenly with the toppings. So, it's worth waiting for her if I had a choiceor I should just go to another restaurant when I want a sandwich. Read more
The best customer Service. All of the employee no exception provides a quality service and they are polite and very respectful.... I eat subway 3 times a week and if I don't buy it at this location I don't really enjoy my subway. Thank you to Anggy for yourgreat customer service. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and... while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank highmarks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. Dirty microwave is something to be careful about. Don't get the tuna. Read more
Horrible Unfriendly Staff - First off we walk in get in line to order and the lady is putting Jalapeños on breads she looks up... at us ignores us completely we wait until she looks up again and asks what we want. We order 2 subs with 2 bags of chips andshes rudely asking us what we want on it. Then when were done paying we ask for a cup for water and she says we don't have anyand walks away from us.
