Very unsanitary and extremely disturbing. The owner or manager does not wear gloves when attempting to pull out bead and paper... in order to start the process. Does not change gloves after touching oven that was wiped down with chemicals. Does not haveclean cups and fountain drink area is extremely dirty and molded. I watched this entire move and it seems it wasn?t noticed byothers which is sad. Won?t be eating there and glad I know how to contact the state! Read more

Terrible you can see my salad or sandwich how ever you wanna call it first of all got in to the store no greeting like always ... I told her I wanted a ham foot long everything on it except for cheese and she put the Mayo and mustard on top at the end Ididn?t know sandwiches we?re meant to have the Mayo or mustard on top I told her that I wanted the Mayo and mustard in the breadand she say if you wanted you should ask first I was like ok and she put extra mustard you can she everything was dripping evenon my bag and plus the bread too to dry and flaky that?s the reason I stop coming to this location I was at Vons shopping so Iwanted to eat something and I give them another try but no still the same or worse Read more

The manager is SO RUDE. Instead of taking responsibility for his stores mistake he kept saying "it's not our fault". If your... company's mobile order system failed to notify you of my order you are still responsible because you are a manager andrepresentative of Subway. So, it is your fault. If he had simply apologized and taken responsibility this poor review would notbe written. The manager is a complete failure. Read more

I?ve come here everyday for the last week since it?s very convenient. I?ve ordered the same exact thing every day at the same... time yet the price is more expensive every time I come here. By about $.20. Subway needs to train there employees better or fixthere pricing system. Read more

As soon as walked inside I knew my experience was not going to be pleasant by the look the employees gave me. As I was trying to... get their attention since both of the employees that were behind the assembly line were using their cellphones , I went a headand ask one of them if it was okay for me to wait for a couple of friends since we had plans to have lunch together. she lookedbothered but she told me it was fine. I didn't paid much attention to the rude attitude, but o could not ignored the way thedining tables and were dirty and sticky I mean how could you be on your phone have no guest to attend and have the restaurantworst than a portable restroom. I love subway and had never had a bad experience in other subways. 5 to 10 minutes had gone bysince my friends were running late when I hear one of the employees asking me to leave because the restaurant manager [who bythe way she was dressed it look like she wasn't working ] didn't want me there because I had not purchased anything. I mean Iwould understand if there was customers looking for a seat but the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY.... I asked for the managers nameand they refused to provide me with it. I felt so offended to have been treated in a way no other place has. The lady asked what I wanted and as I was telling her she proceeded to talk with her coworker. She then asked again what I... wanted and she started to do the sandwiches. I instructed her to cut one of the sandwiches in 3 equal parts but again shecontinued to talk to her coworker and cut it in half instead not bothering to listen to me as I say cut in 3 equal parts. Shethen decides to cut the same sandwich in half again and again cuts them uneven. When I told her to please remake the sandwichto my satisfaction she agreed but then her coworker told her in spanish to charge me for the sandwich anyways. I explained why Iwasn't going to pay for food that was not done to my satisfaction. The male coworker said BYE with his hand held up hi. Heproceeded to yell at me as I walked out of Subway after I told him I was going to contact Corp. He yelled his name at me andsaid he could care less over and over. I will definitely not be returning to this location again. Yes a traveled a bit more butI got exactly what I wanted without a problem at the another location I went to.
