Stood in line for 30 minutes just to notice back at my hotel room the protein box had moldy cheese.
Service is average at best and the pricing is ridiculous? 30%-40% more than the Starbucks across the street
Can't use the app here for pre order, no available fruit during the days we were there, not a big selection here. Only two... workers, go elsewhere. Read more
Diamond members, don't bother waiting in the Hilton Honors line. They won't acknowledge or help you unless you are in the... regular line. After 4 people were helped before me, I asked if this was even a line and a barista told me I have to tell themI'm a diamond member. How am I supposed to "tell them" when the sign that's 6 feet away from the cashier says to wait there?Wish I had known they don't honor what they post and just stand in the regular line instead of wasting time standingthere. There's another Starbucks down the street if you really need Starbucks. Read more
Worst Starbucks ever. Waited in line standing over 35 mins to order a drink. I ordered a extra pump of caramel in my drink. I... did not get it but they charged me for it. Then I spoke to the assistant manager to get a lame excuse about the system beingdown. While we were in we were never advised of any system being down. I got a fake sorry. That was it. The girl in front of megot free item. I did not get anything. I would stay away from this place and hotel. This Hilton is going down hill also. Read more
The line here is always ridiculously long, no one is ever in the Hilton honors line and you can?t pre-order anything from the... app. Had to repeat my order 4times and the spinach get wrap came unwrapped as soon as I took it out do the bag. The WiFi doesn?twork and there is always this obnoxious buzzing noise in seating area just outside. I guess it keeps people from hanging outhere all day. Read more
They make up their own hours and are always closed.
