Clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl is AMAZING. So amazing, in fact, that once when I was young and had a California resident... Disneyland passport I went into the park just to have the clam chowder here and then I went right back home???? The chowder isthick with goodness, the clams not too chewy, and the whole mess comes inside an edible sourdough bowl. If you?re lucky enoughto snag a bistro table you can sit right there enjoying your chowder with the sites and smells of New Orleans all around you. Read more
The worst clam chowder I have ever tasted. This is a small corner shop located inside Disneyland next to the Pirates of the... Caribbean ride. They sell soup bowls for $12. First impressions were good, based on how it looks. However the barley give halfof a spoon of clam chowder. VERY SMALL PORTIONS. It was definitely not fresh either as it was room temperature whengiven. Lastly, the bread bowl tasted absolutely disgusting. The steak gumbo was decent at best, I recommend the clam chowder. They are huge if you consider the bread bowl as part of the... meal. For the average person, it will be able to feed two people. There is also coffee, but they are pre mixed. The espressosare fresh though. Read more
