I like Popeyes. I ordered 20pc nugs and they looked and tasted as good as the picture. However I don't know how they could in... good conscience list one price on the menu and charge another. I pointed out the problem but got nothing more than a coy smileand insistence that "the machine" was correct. It was only a dollar off which is basically a rounding error, but I'm stillannoyed days later that a business has this kind of audacity. Read more
Came here with my friend to eat but I think the lady serving us is new or confused. The area is not that clean but we are hungry... so we dine in. While eating someone came out with their bucket for mopping the floor and she start mopping it? That?sdisgusting! You can see the dark water of it. This review is for the girl working at the counter. First time ordering at this location and sadly this is also the most... horrible experience I've ever had to deal with when it comes to this fried chicken franchise. The girl asked me if I was here topick up or order, and was FULLY AWARE I am here to make an order. Only two other people were standing at that time, and theywere standing far back. These two kind people still did let me know they were just waiting and gestured for me to go forward. IDID say clearly and nicely to the server that I am here to order when she asked me if I was here to pick up. However, she hadthe audacity to move over to the next register right away and immediately took the order of someone else now that a few peoplejust entered the store at this point. Are you kidding me? Right after I told you I haven't ordered my food? Unbelievableservice. Unbelievably ignorant and disrespectful worker at the front. You are supposed to be going in order, especially whencustomers already informed you they still have yet to make an order. To the manager and supervisor, whoever needs training youneed to provide them more. This huge lack of priority and sense of awareness shown in the disinterested faces at the front whoare supposed to be welcoming, fair, and hospital, is abhorrent and sad. Read more
Service was excellent. Food was so-so. I got the red beans and rice (which is my fav) but this time they were very bland (no... taste what so ever), biscuits were not even hot or warm. Thank God the 8 piece was acceptable or I would have gone back to get awhole new order. I absolutely love Popeyes (especially being from Louisiana) but I was truly disappointed. Read more
I LOVE POPEYES , THEYRE CHICKEN IS SO GOOD. I LOVE THE SPICEY CHICKEN, SO CRUNCHY AND JUICE INSIDE. I HAVE NOTICED THOUGH THEYRE... CHICKEN HAS GOTTEN SMALLER. THEY USED TO HAVE BIG PIECES. BUT THEY STILL ARE MY NUMBER 1 PLACE TO GET CHICKEN. MAC AND CHEESEAND MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ARE SO GOOD. THEY USED TO HAVE CAJUN RICE , THAT WAS THE BEST , BUT FOR SOME REASON DONT SELL ANYMORE. when I payed for my order I was told to wait for my change thought she was going to get more money sins she said wait a sec and... closed the cashier box .No she kept going taking other people's orders . Until I received my food and I asked about my changeshe gave me the change. I got chicken tenders two five piece and one three piece. Wasn't until we got home that I noticed thechicken seemed light brown turned it over and it's half done all of the tenders half done . My children noticed right away.Couldn't go back because I don't have a car at the moment . Not only that I asked for all tender and they gave me bone in aswell . No utensils either . They always great chicken and sandwiches. The chicken sandwich is still available here and the wait is pretty short (5-10mins) I... recommend the spicy chicken sandwich or the 14 pieces for $16.99 (Update) Menu for November 2022 Food is still great and theprice increase is reasonable.
